Months before the game became F2P, a friend let me use his account to try out the game and see if I wanted to buy it. I played as Medic and sucked since I’d never played a FPS before, and soon after I got motion sick and had to take it slow. I don’t remember who were the guys I was playing with, but they were all super nice and understanding of my situation, giving me tips and thanks and telling me to rest if I got worse.
After that time, I tried to keep playing, but couldn’t last more than 20 minutes before nausea hit me (and I one time I was so stubborn I almost threw up). Later I found that when I play FPS I have what is called simulator sickness. I tried to mitigate it with ginger, changing the settings of games, dimming the screen and playing for short periods, but my tolerance has barely improved, so I stopped trying.
Yet, despite my circumstances, I keep up with all of TF2’s supplemental material, check the fandom very often and consider myself a fan. When I tell people why I don’t play the game, they all understand. My “cred” as a fan has never been questioned. I never had to prove that I am a legit fan.
And that means a lot to me. Thank you, TF2.’
The Internet’s most famous cats team up to save tigers
Lil Bub, Princess Monster Truck, Nala Cat and Hamilton the Hipster Cat teamed up with Greenpeace on International Tiger Day to launch Cats Save Tigers, a social media campaign that promotes awareness about the plight of tigers.
With only 3,000 tigers left in the wild, the campaign calls on cat owners to create their own cat memes and share them with the hashtag #CatsSaveTigers to spread the word about this endangered species.
Watch the video and learn how to make your own tiger-saving cat meme.

Someone they’d never seen before walked into their base and Ross raised an eyebrow.
"Got lost, huh?"
"Yeah..I am kinda lost…"
((I don’t have any face claims for them, sorry!))
Rowenna stood, a polite smile on her face.
"Oh, then please sit down! You are in the base of the Guardians."
"Our supposedly SECRET base." Ross added with a glance at Fermat, who rubbed his head.
